Anyone can Emotrance:

EmoTrance, developed by Silvia Hartmann in 2002, gives a model for understanding how we function as spiritual beings in our environment. EmoTrance is a simple, natural way of gently easing the pressure and allowing  energy that has built up (stuck energy) to release and flow through the body and out, restoring the even flow, dissolving the intensity of negative emotions  in the process.

With EmoTrance when faced with an emotional problem (stuck energy or trapped emotions) we simply ask ,‘Where do you feel this in your body?’ and then we use our intention to soften the energy. As it softens it starts to spread and flow through the body.  We may have physical sensations such as warmth spreading, coolness flowing, tingling as the energy travels throughout. Once this energy disturbance is released we may feel positive emotions, which arise from energy flowing freely as it should.

Think of something which causes you pain or grief.Note where your hands go when you think of it.Our subconscious knows where there is a build up of trapped energy or emotions.Work to soften and release this pressure.It's a bit like a leaf floating down a stream.Sometimes it will get stuck in debris by the riverbank. Use your intention to allow it to continue to float downstream.
